Privacy policy

This website is operated by Active Games (activegames.ae), based in the United Arab Emirates.

What we collect. If you book a call, the details you submit (name, email, company, and anything you write in the booking form) are processed by our scheduling provider and shared with us so we can prepare for and hold the call. If you email us, we keep the correspondence.

What we don't do. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for anything beyond responding to your inquiry and discussing a potential business relationship. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Analytics. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you. Your browser also keeps a small note of how you first arrived here — for example a search engine or a link — and if you book a call, that note is passed to us with your booking so we know which channels are working. It stays on your device, and clearing your site data removes it.

Retention and requests. We keep inquiry details for as long as the business conversation is live. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email rushd@activegames.ae.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page.
